Discreet Packaging

Orders are shipped in neutral packaging. The contents are not visible from the outside, and there is no indication that the package is from EthicPlay.

Carrier

We ship via PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

The Netherlands

  • Standard shipping: €6.95

  • Free shipping on orders over €75

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Belgium & Germany

  • Standard shipping: €9.95

  • Free shipping on orders over €100

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If You Are Not Home

PostNL may make another delivery attempt or deliver your parcel to a collection point. You will receive updates through the tracking information.
